What Should I Bring? 

• Clean heels (heels not mandatory) 
• Water bottle 
• Knee pads 
• Wear clothes you can move in! 
• Parking available onsite, but please do not park in front of other businesses. You can park though in front of Border City Paper, along the side of Border City Paper towards the studio and in the middle section in the back. Please don’t park in front of any garages, including our own! 

Our program is 18+ only.
